  I used to spend a lot of time at Cadillac Jacks and ever since they remodeled, every time I go in, the music is deafeningly loud, to the point where I hurry up and finish to get out of there, with a headache. It almost feels like, with the addition of the stage and the music so loud they are going for the late-night club environment. I know, if it's too loud I'm too old, but it used to be so pleasant before. The remodel added confusion and 'atmosphere' at the expense of service and cost. I can't believe how it has changed, I've been in twice since the remodel, just to give them a chance and a subsequent second chance and I've had a negative experience both times. I avoid the place now as there are so many much more pleasant options, especially for lunch or the occasional happy hour.

  Our server was nice but the food took FOREVER to come out. There weren't but maybe 5 tables with at least 3 servers. Also placed a to go order and it also took me asking our waitress and a hostess for it until I finally got it, I think the waitress forgot because after she brought the checks back she said bye have a good night. I get it people forget but we sat there for 15 more minutes waiting and she didn't catch on. Oh well. They said they ran out of thousand island that's why it took so long.... interesting there is no review option on their fb page.
